Media Platforms "), which is operated and owned by SINGHA ENTERPRISE, marketed and/or managed by SINGHA ENTERPRISE. It is DAUACE’s
policy to comply with general laws for protecting user information and bank
details shared for purpose of availing DAUACE services. This regulates the
processing of information relating to you and grants you various rights in
respect of your personal data.
Any Images, Data or Files Uploaded on the website must not
be used without the consent of the authorised personnel of the brand.

to the Terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy and to DAUACE processing of

as Facebook or Instagram using these hashtags, the DAUACE platforms will
automatically link that picture to DAUACE platforms. The picture will be solely
used for marketing and promotional purposes and shall be visible to anyone who
uses the DAUACE platforms. Your Profile information may be used for networking
with other community members or may be visible to service providers or
customers who are using the Web Site. In addition, portions of your personal
information may be made public for networking.
You acknowledge that by providing your personal information,

such changes here and provide Users the opportunity to opt-out of such

to DAUACE.com/ DAUACE.com. DAUACE.com/DAUACE is owned and managed
by SINGHA ENTERPRISE. This website, including all
information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user,
conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices
stated here.
Welcome to DAUACE! This document is published in accordance
with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries
guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations,
privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of DAUACE marketplace
platform – DAUACE.com (hereinafter referred to as "Platforms").
Your use of the DAUACE.com and its services and tools are
governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to the DAUACE.com
including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of
reference. By mere use of the DAUACE.com, You shall be contracting
with SINGHA ENTERPRISE, the owner of the DAUACE.com
Platforms. These terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your
binding obligations, with DAUACE.com.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change,
modify, add or remove portions of these Terms & conditions, at any time
without any prior written notice to You. You shall ensure to review these Terms
of conditions periodically for updates/changes. Your continued use of the
Platform following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree

LICENSE TO ACCESS
DAUACE hereby grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license
to use the DAUACE platforms as set forth in the Terms of Use; provided,
however, that (i) you will not copy, distribute, or make derivative works of
the Website in any medium without DAUACE’s prior written consent; (ii) you will
not alter or modify any part of the Website other than as may be reasonably
necessary to use the Website for its intended purposes; and (iii) you will
otherwise act in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use
and in accordance with all applicable laws.
ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
Your registration on the DAUACE platforms shall be deemed to
be your consent to be contacted for any purpose pertaining to purchase or sell
or anything for that matter, (i) on the mobile number shared by you even if you
are registered with the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) and have
opted out of receiving promotional calls and messages and (ii) by way of SMS or
email notifications or messages in any other electronic form
PRIVACY POLICY
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your
visit and use of DAUACE.com, to understand our practices. The personal
information/data provided by you during the course of usage of DAUACE.com will
be treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with the Privacy Policy
and applicable laws and regulations. DAUACE shall be entitled to use the
Content or any of its elements for any type of use forever, including but not
limited to promotional and advertising purposes and in any media whether now
known or hereafter devised, including the creation of derivative works that may
include the Content You provide. If you object to your information being
transferred or used, please do not use the website.
STATEMENT OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY DAUACE
DAUACE provides Internet-based services through their
Platforms. It enables the Users to purchase original merchandise such as
clothing, footwear and accessories from various fashion and lifestyle brands
(collectively, "Products") through the DAUACE Platform using various
modes of payments offered by DAUACE/SINGHA ENTERPRISE. DAUACE do
not warrant that Product description or other content on the Platform is
accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability
in this regard.
ELIGIBILITY
Use of DAUACE.com or any other platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may purchase only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
SCOPE AND TERMS OF WORK FOR SERVICE FOR SELLERS
DAUACE provides Internet-based services through its
platforms and operates as a market-place and merely provides an online platform
to various sellers to advertise, display, make available and sell various
Products (including clothing, footwear and accessories) and provides services
to Users of the Website.
DAUACE merely facilitates the engagement of buyers and
various Sellers and provides such other services as are incidental and
ancillary thereto. However, DAUACE reserves the right to terminate the services
offered at any time to the buyers without any notice.
By listing a Product on the Website, every Seller warrants
that all such Products are legally permitted to be sold. Each Seller further
warrants that they shall provide most accurate description of the products
which includes the product description, material used, whether hand washable or
dry clean etc), size & fitting chart, picture of models wearing the
product, price, brand description, or any other information required, to be
sold on the DAUACE platforms.
DAUACE does not make any representation or Warranty as to
specifics (such as quality, value, salability, etc) of the products or services
proposed to be sold or offered to be sold or purchased on the Platform.
All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed
to between Buyers and Sellers alone. The commercial/contractual terms include
without limitation price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, date,
period and mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services and
after sales services related to products and services. The Seller is
responsible for shipping up to the point of delivery or otherwise completing
the transaction with the User within 2 days, unless there is an exceptional
circumstance or occurrence of a force majeure event. The seller agrees and
acknowledges that DAUACE is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party
to or control in any manner any transactions on the platforms.
DAUACE does not have any control or does not determine or
advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such
commercial/contractual terms between users and Sellers. Accordingly, the sale
of Products on the platforms shall strictly be a bipartite agreement between
the buyers and the Sellers on the platforms.
Sellers may charge reasonable shipping and handling fees to
cover the costs for packaging and posting the items.
Sellers may issue promotional codes for promotional purposes
only and these are to be used against purchases from issuing Seller’s products
only. Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or
credit.
DAUACE does not hold any title, right or interest in the
Products listed on the Platforms. DAUACE expressly disclaims all obligations
and liabilities emanating from an agreement between buyers and the Sellers on
the platforms.
DAUACE is not responsible for any non-performance or breach
of any contract entered into between Buyers and Sellers. The seller agrees and
acknowledges that that, DAUACE cannot and does not guarantee that the concerned
Buyers and/or Sellers will perform any transaction concluded on the Platform.
The seller agrees and acknowledges that DAUACE shall not be
responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase
of products and agrees to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not
limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties and cesses etc.
The seller agrees and acknowledges that DAUACE shall not be
responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue,
contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any
other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable when a
contract for the sale of products was formed.
DAUACE/SINGHA ENTERPRISE provides storage
area or warehouse to sellers who wish to and are in need of a place to store
their products on fixed rental basis.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Shipping
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days to return and Exchange an item from the date you received it.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@dauace.com] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [support@dauace.com] with your order number and details of the defect.
Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Cancellations
Time Frame: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can initiate a return following our return policy.
